INFORMATION ABOUT OUR THREE CHURCHES DURING JANUARY

CORONAVIRUS
The Church continues to be alive and active, but our buildings are currently closed until further notice.

With the new variant of Coronavirus, we are seeing a huge increase in the number of people falling sick. We must distance ourselves from one another and prevent the spread of infection in order to save lives.

Our website contains details about our community and worship life.
https://www.allsaintsbirchington.com We also have a Facebook page called “The Parish of Birchington with Acol & Minnis Bay” which is regularly updated and will have streamed or pre-recorded services.

The Anglican Churches (Church of England) within the Parish of Birchington will remain closed for public Sunday worship until 31st January 2021 and a further review will be undertaken after that date. It is with regret that we need to initiate this action, but we need to ensure the safety of people.

Sunday services will either be streamed live or pre-recorded for viewing each Sunday at 10am up to and including the 31st January 2021. Any changes to our arrangements will be announced that week.

Private prayer continues to be available in 2021 but please note the new days:
St Mildred’s Church: 10am to 11am beginning from Tuesday 5th January and every Tuesday;
All Saints’ Church: 10am to 11am beginning from Thursday 7th January and every Thursday.
