All Saints Birchington

Address: Church House, Kent Gardens, Birchington CT7 9RS

By Road:
From London/Canterbury. You enter Birchington along the A28 Canterbury Road. Travel past the large billboards on left hand side and approx 500 yards past this on the left hand side, is a road called Kent Gardens. Turn left and immediately on your right is the Church House (hall) and our car park. Entry to the churchyard can be located on the righthand side of Church House.

By Rail:
Exit the station car park and walk straight ahead entering the end of the main shopping high street (Station Road). Walk the entire length of the high street and the church is situated on the right hand side, set back from the road, just after the zebra crossing. This walk should take five minutes.

St Mildred Acol

Address: Plumstone Rd, Acol CT7 0JD

By Road:
From London/Canterbury. You enter Birchington along the A28 Canterbury Road. Travel past the large billboards on left hand side and approx 600 yards past this, you will come across a pedestrian crossing, with a flint wall on your left hand side. Immediately after the crossing on the right hand side, is a road called Park Lane, with narrow entry. Turn right here and continue along this road for approximately one and a half miles, passing through a tree canopy with Quex Park on your left hand side. Continue through the small village of Acol and you will see a right hand forked junction. Turn right here into Plumstone lane. Travel approximately 350 yards and the church can be found on your right hand side. Unfortunately, there is no car park available.

By Rail:
Acol is fair distance away from the train station approximately 2.3 miles, so it would be advisable to take a taxi from the station.

St Thomas Minnis Bay

Address: Minnis Rd, Birchington CT7 9NX

By Road:
From London/Canterbury. You enter Birchington along the A28 Canterbury Road. Travel past the large billboards on left hand side and approx 600 yards past this, you will come across a pedestrian crossing, with a flint wall on your left hand side. Just after this keep left and at the mini-roundabout, turn left into Station Road, the main shopping high street. Travel the entire length of the shops and continue along this road as it bears left. Eventually you will reach a set of traffic lights. Proceed through these under the railway bridge and continue for approximately 350 yards and you will see St Thomas on your right hand side. There is no car park, but usually plenty of on street parking.

By Rail:
Exit the station car park and turn right along Sandles Road. At the end, turn right again onto Minnis Road. Continue along this road for about 15-20 minutes under the railway bridge. St Thomas’s can be found on the right hand side, approximately 350 yards after the bridge, on the corner of Grenham Bay Avenue.
